We Desire:
· Clinicians who will provide 25 or more direct client contact hours per week.
· In-person sessions with clients (telehealth is not an option).
· Clinicians already paneled/credentialed through insurance portals (Medicare, Medicaid & commercial insurances).

Position Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in art therapy from an accredited program.
· Looking to pursue or currently pursuing ATR-BC status (currently hold or plan to hold ATR-P, ATR, ATR-BC, ATCS, LPAT credential/license)
· Eligible to provide and bill for clinical services under insurance.
· Experience providing art therapy within grief, loss, or bereavement settings preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
The main duties involve providing individual counseling for children, teens, and adults.
· Provides grief and trauma-informed clinical mental health services that are eligible for reimbursement by public and private insurance.
· Facilitate individual and group art therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of participants.
· Design, implement, and evaluate art therapy programming that supports emotional expression and personal growth.
· Oversee the organization and upkeep of art therapy spaces and materials, including inventory management, supply ordering, and routine cleaning.
· Schedules intake meetings for assigned client(s) and/or support group registrants who intend to use Cornerstone of Hope services.
· Selects approach to use in individual therapy such as directive, nondirective, and supportive therapy, and devises treatment plans to include frequency, intensity, and duration of therapy.
· Completes charts, treatment plans, discharge summaries, progress notes, assessments, and other chart-related documents and correspondence for assigned clients in a timely manner and according to organizational policy. Seeks clinical consultation with clinical team members as necessary.
· Provides referrals for individuals who need more specialized care, working with other community resources and referral sources to coordinate services for such clients.
· Provides therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as needed and/or available.
· Adheres to confidentiality law and procedures at all times.
· Promotes Cornerstone of Hope and its mission to local communities, businesses, funeral homes, churches, schools, senior centers, etc.
· Performs miscellaneous and/or other job-related duties as needed.
